Kiem is an experienced sale consultant who started his career in October 2006. As a local resident in St Albans/Sunshine since 1996, Kiem graduate high school in 2003 and working in different industry for 3 years, Kiem come across Real Estate industry and have a passion in working customer service, fulfil their needs, meet new people and learning new skill daily.

With the excellent customer service, strong negotiation skill and highly recommended agent within the western suburb, Kiem pushed himself to the next level by franchising out and become a Director of Area Specialist Sunshine in January 2021 and expanding his second office called Area Specialist St Albans in January 2023.

Beside working full time by running his own business, Kiem is a father of 3 and also a martial instructor who teaches martial arts and volunteering his time to the Vietnamese community since 2003 and involve in a number of charity functions.
